This week, I heard from Muhammad Faridi, a partner at Linklaters and the president of the New York City Bar Association.

Before Faridi joined the New York office of the “Magic Circle” firm, he worked as a livery cab driver while getting his undergrad degree and JD from CUNY. He also clerked for Brooklyn federal Judge Jack B. Weinstein and taught at Fordham Law.
