New York Democrats are pressing legislation that would require companies to disclose their greenhouse gas emissions across their supply chain.
They are advancing a bill (S.B. 9072A) that would mandate corporations that have annual revenues in excess of $1 billion report annual emissions data both from their own activity and that of those generated by their purchasers and suppliers.
