New Jersey Transit trains have resumed system-wide service on Sunday after a fire caused disruptions to the public transit system just days after a separate incident snarled service.

NJ Transit trains are experiencing delays of up to one hour, according to the operator’spost on social media platform X. A spokesperson for the system confirmed the disruption was caused by a small fire at the Rail Operations Center in Kearny, New Jersey, that has since been resolved.
