NFL Loss Makes 2nd Cir. ‘Magnet’ for Job Disputes

The Second Circuit could be the new venue of choice for people looking to challenge employment decisions after the court rejected the NFL’s efforts to force ex-Miami Dolphins head coach Brian Flores’ race discrimination claims into arbitration, my colleague Beth Wang reports.
