Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg said he’s looking at whether his office can prosecute ICE agents if they break local laws, saying the immigration agency’s tactics in New York are “anathema to public safety.”
Bragg was asked at a NY1 debate on Friday, alongside two opponents challenging him for the Manhattan DA role, if his office would take action against Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers if they were found in violation of local statutes.
