Harvey Weinstein Committed ‘Violent’ Rape, Ex-Actress Tells Jury

A former aspiring actress accused Harvey Weinstein of raping her in a New York hotel room, the central allegation at the former mogul’s third New York trial.

“I didn’t want to do anything with him,” Jessica Mann said through sobs on the witness stand Tuesday in Manhattan criminal court. “He trapped me in this room.”
