Gateway Tunnel Funds to Resume Today

A judge said federal funds withheld from the $16 billion Gateway tunnel under the Hudson River should resume today, ending a government freeze that led to a work shutdown for one of the biggest US infrastructure projects, Michelle Kaske and Bob Van Voris report.
