Fox News Loses Bid to Shake Ex-Worker’s Sexual Harassment Suit

A former Fox News producer can proceed with claims that the company is liable for failing to protect him against sexual harassment on the job, a federal court said Friday.

Andrew Delancey’s allegations establish that Fox News Network LLC failed to undertake “reasonable precautionary measures” to shield him from the harassment, the US District Court for the Southern District of New York said.

Judge Analisa Torres denied Fox News’ motion to dismiss but granted Fox Corporation‘s move to dismiss, saying Delancey didn’t show the Fox News parent company exercised control over his employment.
