Ex-NHL Employee Sues League Over Sexual Harassment, Retaliation

The National Hockey League conspired to “crush” the career of a former IT worker, she said in a lawsuit filed Tuesday, alleging the retaliation came after she reported workplace misconduct.

Rose Harris said in court documents that while an employee of the Anaheim Ducks she was subjected to sexual harassment at work and eventually served as a witness in an internal investigation begun by another female Ducks employee. After leaving her position with the Ducks, the NHL and others conspired to prevent her from working in professional sports, Harris said in a complaint.
