Apollo Global co-founder Leon Black will ask the Second Circuit to toss a lawsuit claiming that he raped a 16-year-old girl in Jeffrey Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse, seeking to end a case that a lower court said should go to trial.

Black is set to argue to the federal appeals court on Wednesday that the lawsuit alleging a 2002 rape is outside the statute of limitations.
