Alleged serial killer Rex Heuermann is returning to Suffolk County criminal court on Wednesday amid reports he’s expected to plead guilty.
The Massapequa Park architect is accused of killing seven women in the “Gilgo Beach” case that’s haunted Long Island. Heuermann’s counsel and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office declined to comment.
