State attorneys general investigating tech companies monopoly power are having a hard time developing an approach for filing a lawsuit, Iowa’s Attorney General said.
“We are struggling with the law and the theory,” Attorney General Tom Miller said during a July 8 interview with Bloomberg Law.
Miller, who will become the longest serving state attorney general in U.S. history next year, is well-known for his role leading 20 states, including Iowa, in the Justice Department’s antitrust suit against Microsoft Corp.
