White & Case Brings on Cravath’s ‘Prolific’ Dealmaker Hallam (1)

White & Case is continuing its M&A expansion with the addition of Cravath, Swaine & Moore dealmaker Keith Hallam.

Hallam, who has spent his entire 17-year career at Cravath, focuses his practice on M&A and activist defense and also advises corporations and their directors on general corporate and governance matters.
