Wells Fargo Poaches Morgan Stanley’s Hogan as Co-Head of M&A (1)

Wells Fargo & Co. hired veteran dealmaker Jeff Hogan from Morgan Stanley as its co-head of global mergers and acquisitions, a major addition as the firm continues to build out its investment bank.

Hogan, who spent more than 25 years at Morgan Stanley and was most recently co-head of global technology M&A, will lead Wells Fargo’s growing M&A operation alongside David DeNunzio, according to a statement Wednesday. He’ll start later this year, based out of New York.
