Wells Fargo Hires Green From PJT for M&A Group (Correct)

Wells Fargo & Co. has hired investment banker Rory Green from PJT Partners Inc. as a managing director in its M&A group focusing on industrials, as the firm bulks-up in key sectors, according to people familiar with the situation.

Green will join the bank after a standard period of leave and will be based in New York, one of the people said. He will report to Jeff Hogan, global head of M&A, the person added.
