Waikiki’s Hyatt Regency Said to Be Offered for Sale by Mirae

Mirae Asset Global Investments Co. is exploring a potential sale of the Hyatt Regency Waikiki.

Mirae is working with Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. to approach would-be buyers for a transaction that could value the property at around $650 million, according to people familiar with the effort who asked not to be identified citing private information.

A representative for Mirae didn’t respond to a request for comment. A JLL spokesperson declined to comment.
