Unity Agrees to Combine with IronSource in $4.4 Billion Deal

Unity Software Inc. agreed to buy app software company IronSource in an all-stock deal that values the target at about $4.4 billion.

Unity will exchange 0.1089 shares of common stock for every ordinary share of IronSource, Unity said in a statement on Wednesday. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
