U.K. Energy Developers Carlton, Stag Merge Amid Net-Zero Shift

U.K. energy infrastructure companies Carlton Power Ltd. and Stag Energy plan to merge in order to develop a portfolio of natural gas and green energy projects.

The new company, part of the Carlton Power Group, plans to focus on projects that provide energy storage and grid stability services, according to a statement. Terms of the merger weren’t disclosed.
