Terra Firma Is Said to Weigh Sale of Property Firm Parmaco (1)

Terra Firma Capital Partners is considering a sale of Parmaco Oy, the Finnish property rental business it acquired only two years ago, according to people familiar with the matter.

The U.K. private equity firm run by investor Guy Hands is working with Deutsche Bank AG on options for Parmaco, which could fetch more than 750 million euros ($879 million) in a sale, the people said, asking not to be identified discussing confidential information.
