Telenor Chief Says There’s No Rush to Decide on Tower Unit Sale

Telenor ASA may put off a decision to sell a stake in its Nordic tower business as the telecommunications company weighs the financial benefits against retaining control of its own infrastructure.

Norway’s biggest telecom company had previously said it would decide on a potential sale of part of its infrastructure subsidiary by this year. It’s now reviewing whether the timing is right, according to its Chief Executive Officer Sigve Brekke.
