TDR French Dining Unit Brings in Advisers for Buffalo Grill (1)

TDR Capital’s casual-dining business in France has brought in restructuring advisers to find a solution for its most iconic brand, the Buffalo Grill chain of steakhouses, according to people familiar with the matter.

Napaqaro, the company under which the UK private equity firm combines its restaurants in France, is working with Rothschild & Co. and law firm Bredin Prat to restructure Buffalo Grill while it’s looking to sell another operation, Courtepaille, through a court protection process, the people said, asking not to be named discussing private information.
