Taubman’s PJT Partners Hires Ex-Barclays Tech Banker Dalvito

PJT Partners Inc. has hired a senior technology investment banker from Barclays Plc as the firm expands its work on mergers and acquisitions across different sectors, according to people familiar with the matter.

Greg Dalvito stepped down from Barclays at the end of last year, according to the people who asked not to be identified discussing personnel matters. Dalvito is joining PJT in New York, one of the people said.
