TA Associates Is Said to Be Nearing Deal for Stake in Kline Hill

TA Associates is close to a deal to acquire a significant stake in Kline Hill Partners, a firm focused on secondaries bets, according to a people with knowledge of the matter.

A transaction may be announced in coming days, assuming there are no last-minute issues, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing confidential information. Terms couldn’t immediately be learned.

Representatives for TA and Kline Hill didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
