Swiss Prime Site Buys Fundamenta Unit to Expand in Residential

Real estate asset manager Swiss Prime Site AGbought Fundamenta Real Estate AG’s property division for an undisclosed price, expanding the reach of Switzerland’s largest independent real estate company.

The acquisition allows Swiss Prime to strengthen its residential real estate offering, Chief Executive Officer René Zahndsaid in a statement Thursday. “We will now be able to offer our Swiss clients direct access to the German real estate market,” he added.
