Sweden’s Nibe No Longer Looking at Buying Fujitsu General (1)

Swedish manufacturer Nibe Industrier AB said it has decided to not go forward with the process of evaluating a potential acquisition of all or a majority of Fujitsu General Limited.

The maker of heat pumps disclosed the news in a short statement on Monday, without providing a reason for its decision and adding that no further comments would be made on the matter.
