Stanhope Capital to Merge With Luxembourg’s Arche Associates (1)

Stanhope Capital has agreed to merge with multi-family office Arche Associates to boost its services for Europe’s wealthiest.

The combination of London-based Stanhope and Luxembourg-based Arche Associates will create a firm with about $29 billion in assets under management, according to a statement Monday. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed, but it’s expected to complete in the first quarter of next year.
