Stack Sports Hits Stack Media With Fraud, Theft Suit Over Merger

Stack Sports, which runs payment and logistics software platforms for sports leagues, filed a $7 million fraud lawsuit in Delaware claiming it was duped into the 2017 acquisition of Stack Media Inc. by its founders, one of whom it also accused of “outright theft.”

Belatedly unredacted bank statements “have revealed the misappropriation and theft of millions of dollars,” the Chancery Court complaint says.
