Stablecoin Issuer Circle Files for IPO Showing Revenue Gains (1)

Circle Internet Group Inc. filed publicly for a long-awaited initial public offering, with the stablecoin provider showing steadily increasing revenue.

The company, led by Jeremy Allaire, reported net income of $156 million on revenue of $1.68 billion in 2024, compared with net income of $268 million on $1.45 billion in revenue the previous year, according to a filing Tuesday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
