ServiceNow CEO McDermott Extends Contract Through 2030

ServiceNow Inc. Chief Executive Officer Bill McDermott extended his contract to remain with the software provider through at least the end of 2030.

McDermott, 64, was named CEO in November 2019 after previously leading German software company SAP SE. He added the chairman’s post at ServiceNow in 2022. He and the company extended his contract until Dec. 31, 2030, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday.
