Senior Morgan Stanley Tech Banker O’Keeffe Said to Depart Firm

Owen O’Keeffe, one of Morgan Stanley’s most senior technology-focused investment bankers, has left the firm, people with knowledge of the matter said.

San Francisco-based O’Keeffe, who was co-head of global tech M&A alongside Mike Wyatt, has departed to pursue opportunities outside banking, including in nonprofit work and angel investing, according to one of the people, who asked not to be identified discussing non-public information.

A representative for Morgan Stanley declined to comment.
