Securitas CEO Targets More Deals to Build Electronic Muscle

The chief executive officer of Securitas AB, the world’s biggest provider of security services, is still on the hunt for companies that can accelerate its technological transformation.

“We are constantly scanning for opportunities primarily in the electronic security space,” Magnus Ahlqvist said in an interview. Securitas is “entering 2021 with strong balance and we definitely feel confident about our ability to continuously drive the M&A agenda.”
