Schroders Sale Nets Wells Fargo, Other Banks £83 Million in Fees

Wells Fargo & Co., Barclays Plc and JPMorgan Chase & Co. will split £83 million ($110.8 million) in fees for their work on the sale of UK asset manager Schroders Plc.

BNP Paribas SA, which advised the buyer Nuveen, will receive £20 million, a regulatory filing shows. The French lender could also earn as much as £13 million arranging financing for the transaction.
