The Aarhus, Denmark-based company selected DNB Carnegie Holding AB, Morgan Stanley, Danske Bank AS and Nordea Bank Abp to lead BioMar’s share sale, the people said, asking not to be identified as the information is private. BioMar’s valuation could be about $2 billion in an IPO, the people said.
Schouw shares rose as much as 9.5% in Copenhagen trading to 632 Danish kroner ($97.24) per share.
