SBI Said to Weigh Selling a Minority Stake in Crypto Unit B2C2

A unit of Japanese financial services conglomerate SBI Holdings Inc. is exploring selling a minority stake in cryptocurrency market maker B2C2, according to people familiar with the matter.

SBI Financial Services is looking to sell part of its shareholding in B2C2 in a deal potentially worth $100 million and is in discussions with several prospective buyers, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the talks are private.
