SAP to Buy Diagnostics Platform Signavio in Cloud Push (1)

SAP SE agreed to buy Signavio GmbH, a German company that makes software for team collaboration and business diagnostics, as part of its plan to accelerate customers’ shift to the cloud.

The deal is expected to conclude in the first quarter, SAP said in a statement on Wednesday, confirming an earlier Bloomberg News report. It may value Signavio at about 1 billion euros ($1.2 billion), people familiar with the matter had said. No financial terms were disclosed.
