Sanmina Is Said in Advanced Talks to Buy AMD’s ZT Server Assets

Sanmina Corp. is in advanced talks to buy Advanced Micro Devices Inc.’s AI server assembly plants that were acquired as part of its ZT Systems deal, according to people familiar with the matter.

The San Jose, California-based company has prevailed over the Taiwanese firms that were circling the assets, the people said, asking not to be identified because the information is private.
