Freedom Mortgage Corp. and RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corp. have settled most of their merger dispute and closed the deal, according to court papers filed in Delaware.
The Chancery Court filing Wednesday—a day after the companies announced they’d completed their tie-up—didn’t disclose the confidential agreement’s full terms, and attorneys for both sides didn’t immediately respond Thursday to a request for more information about it.
