RealTruck Lenders Organize with Lawyers, Sign Cooperation Pact

A group of lenders to RealTruck Group Inc. have tapped Gibson Dunn & Crutcher for legal advice as part of an effort to maintain a united front as the auto-part manufacturer’s debt has fallen into distressed territory, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
