RBC-Led Group Plans to Sell Debt Tied to Focus Financial Buyout

A group of lenders led by Royal Bank of Canada is planning to sell debt related to the $7 billion buyout of Focus Financial Partners Inc. in the coming weeks, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

The banks are considering a mixture of bonds and loans, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the discussions are private.
