Platinum Equity’s Todd Golditch Exits After 20-Year Stint

Todd Golditch, a managing director at Platinum Equity responsible for acquisitions in the chemicals and industrial space, has left the buyout firm after two decades, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Platinum and Golditch, who last year worked on deals for cabinet maker Cabinetworks Group and chemicals company Solenis, parted ways in recent weeks, according to one of the people, who asked not to be named because they’re not authorized to speak publicly.

Golditch and a representative for Beverly Hills, California-based Platinum did not respond to requests for comment.
