The owner of Pierre Hermé, a high-end French maker of macaron pastries, is buying a stake in the restaurant group that runs Café Lapérouse.
Walter Butler will own about 35% in Moma Group, which recently opened an outpost at the luxury hotel Raffles London at The OWO, the entrepreneur said in an interview with Bloomberg. Butler has the option to increase his shareholding in the future, he said.
