Paul Weiss Hires Carmen Lu From Wachtell for Activism Defense

Carmen Lu is joining Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP to work on activism defense situations for the law firm.

Lu, who was at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, will also advise companies on corporate governance and ESG matters at Paul, Weiss as a partner.

“Carmen has vast experience across activist defense and corporate governance, two critical areas of focus for our clients,” said Scott A. Barshay, Chair of the Paul, Weiss corporate department.
