Partners to Sell 25% Stake in Schools Group ISP to Omers

Partners Group Holding AG has agreed to sell a 25% stake in private education provider International Schools Partnership to Omers Private Equity.

The deal values U.K.-based ISP at 1.9 billion euros ($2.3 billion) including debt, according to a statement Monday that confirmed a previous Bloomberg News report.

ISP is one of the largest operators of K-12 international schools globally, with 50 schools in 15 countries, according to its website.
