A trio of direct lenders have provided private equity firm Harvest Partners with a jumbo $945 million unitranche financing to help pay for its investment in Integrity Marketing Group.
Owl Rock Capital Partners, Crescent Capital and Antares Capital were the lenders on the deal, according to a person familiar with the matter. Owl Rock was administrative agent on the financing, one of the largest unitranches to ever hit the direct lending market.
