One Equity Sells IT Services Firm CDI in $700 Million Deal

One Equity Partners LLC has agreed to sell IT services firm Computer Design & Integrationto Berkshire Partners-backed AHEAD.

One Equity has signed a definitive agreement with AHEAD that values CDI at $705 million including debt, according to a letter to the buyout firm’s investors reviewed by Bloomberg News.

The deal, which was led by One Equity’s head of technology investing, Chip Schorr, along with team members Carlo Padovano and Charlie Cole, is expected to close in early February.
