The unit, known as Olam Food Ingredients, intends to seek a primary listing on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange and a concurrent listing in Singapore, it said in a filing to the Singapore Exchange. It remains committed to pursuing a public listing and will evaluate the appropriate timing on an ongoing basis, the company said.
