Oakley Capital-owned schools group Affinitas Education has hired Morgan Stanley to search for new investors.
The fund is looking for new minority investors, according to people familiar with the matter. The group may seek around around €700 million ($799 million) based on its projected earnings and multiples from similar deals, the people said, asking not to be named discussing private information.
Oakley invested in Affinitas in 2022 through Oakley Capital Fund IV. It is now planning to roll up the investment to Oakley Capital Fund VI, the people added.
Representatives for Oakley, Affinitas and Morgan Stanley declined to comment.
