Bonadio Group has acquired Webber CPA, an accounting firm based in Rochester, N.Y.
Bonadio, a US Top 50 CPA firm, didn’t disclose terms of the deal, announced Monday. Webber CPA, which was founded in 2015, handles forensic accounting services, personal finance, business, and staffing consulting services.
Karen Webber joins the firm as a partner in the consulting service line. She founded Webber CPA and FraudFindr, a forensic accounting software solution, Bonadio Group said.
