Nordic construction firm NCC AB is in advanced talks to sell its industry business to a consortium including CRH Plc and Heidelberg Materials AG, two of the world’s biggest building materials companies, according to people familiar with the matter.
Bouygues SA’s Colas unit is also part of the potential buyer group for NCC’s industry business, which could be valued at more than $800 million in a deal, the people said.
