Tesla Inc. is asking its shareholders to vote today on two questions:

1. Should Elon Musk get back the gigantic pile of options that Tesla granted him in 2018, and that a Delaware judge clawed back earlier this year?
2. Should Tesla move its state of incorporation from Delaware to Texas, so no Delaware judge can ever do this again?

The shareholder meeting starts at 4:30 p.m. New York time, but basically everyone votes electronically before the meeting, and as of this morning it appeared to be over:
